Crupi OS20 2.0 Pro 2X BMX Race Frame

The OS20 2.0 Pro 2X Race Frame is all new for 2025. Although it still has our race winning geometry, the frame now features wrap around seat stays, a slightly shorter seat tube & our all new built-in Disc Adapter. Axle mounted adapters are no longer needed!  

Our All-American Made frame with a 22" top tube is designed for riders 5'-6"+. The OS20 set up is great for those who love the stability that the sightly bigger 451mm rim/tire size gives you. OS simply stands for "Over-Sized" twenty inch wheel that some racers prefer for the stability & the extra rolling diameter of the bigger wheel. The frame geometry was based on the Answer Dagger OS20 fork but most standard Pro 20" forks will work w/ the OS20 wheel so you don't need to buy a OS20 specific fork. Level 2.0 Race Frames feature Pro Taper head tubes & use a traditional EB24 Euro BB. 

• Built w/ seamless drawn 6061 T6 Butted tubing
• Tubing is squared off at the ends to provide more welding surface
• Larger diameter square shaped down tubes stiffen & strengthen
• Chain stay tubes are tear drop shaped for a very strong & stiff back end
• 3/8" (or 10mm) axle slots are parallel to the ground meaning no matter what position your rear wheel is in; the frame geometry will not change
• Thicker 3D drop-outs for extra stiffness when using a Disc Brake which still allow the use of regular chain tensioners for ease of rear wheel installation & rear wheel position.
• All Crupi frames still feature brake posts for use w/ all V-Brakes
• With Crupi's new Disc Adapter kit, multiple Hydraulic Disc Brake kits will fit this frame including Tektro, TRP Evo & Slate, and all Shimano kits (Hope, Avid & all Mechanical kits do not fit)
• Must use Crupi's Disc Adapter kit & 120mm rotor for proper fit
