Ride Out Supply Sprocket

I placed an order for a sprocket and a t shirt. I then followed up a little over a week later when I didn't receive any confirmation that my order had shipped or tracking information. When I emailed Level 7, they told me that the sprocket I ordered which said it was in stock was not available. I decided to pick a different color sprocket and got confirmation and tracking for the sprocket. The shirt I ordered was shipped separately and never had tracking associated with the order. Long story short, I never received the shirt!!! I still haven't been able to get a refund or get a response email to resolve the issue.
